New to Yoga? This 4-week series will help students gain comfort and confidence in attending beginning and mixed-level Yoga classes. The primary focus is to provide a basic introduction and exploration of common postures and breathing exercises; the class will also include a brief orientation to American studio cultural norms and Yoga philosophy.
Class size will be limited to allow for adequate personalized support.

The Way of Love: Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Chanting

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens and Kids

Mindful Movement for kids grades 4-5:  12:30 - 1:30 pm
Middle Schoolers:  2:00 - 3:30 pm
High Schoolers:  4:00 - 5:30 pm
MBSR-Teens is an adapted course based upon Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR program.  This course will focus on growing and building teens resilience through an integrative skills-based model. The goal is to guide teens in developing their self-awareness to increase well-being through connection to their heart, body, and mind. This course will integrate the practice of mindfulness, along with principles of psychology, movement, and nutrition to build teenagers resilience skills.
Mindful Movement for Kids is an eight-week course for children, grades 3-5, that will provide a practice that explores physical, cognitive, and emotional development through an integrative skills model. Skills and Activities include: • Mindful breathing techniques to slow down the nervous system, to develop self-regulation skills, and building their emotional intelligence by learning to identify their feelings, guiding them to connect to their heart, body, and mind. • Movement that is fully integrated to release energy, to tap into energy resources, develop strength, concentration, and self-confidence. • Storytelling and mindful practices emphasizing relaxation techniques. Children will learn to quiet and calm the body and the mind around heart-centered practices. Mindful Movement develops mindfulness practices that build socioemotional skills, self-compassion, and kindness to self and others.

Couples Massage Classes

Looking for a fun and relaxing evening with your partner? Thai inspired couples massage classes are the perfect date night. Christine will guide partners in a blend of Thai massage stretches and easy to learn massage techniques drawing on both 10+ years of experience as a massage therapist and background studying Thai massage in Thailand.

Breathwork Meditation
with Helen Buron

Every 4th Friday Evening  7:30-9:30pm (Lower Studio),
Breathwork is an active meditation that uses the breath as a catalyst for releasing, processing, expansion, and transformation. The rhythmic pattern of the pranayama breathing with two inhales and one exhale gives our minds something to focus on so we may sink into our intuitive, feeling and expressive bodies. In this group circle, you will be lying down in a supportive next of other breathers and will be guided into the breath with affirmations and music by Helen Buron-an artist and energy healing practitioner.
Cost: $25 pre-register/$30 at the door. Nobody turned away due to lack of funds.
