Breathwork is an active meditation that uses the breath as a catalyst for releasing, processing, expansion, and transformation. In this group circle, you will be lying down in a supportive next of other breathers and will be guided into the breath with affirmations and music by Helen Buron-an artist and energy healing practitioner.
Cost: $25 pre-register/$30 at the door. Nobody turned away due to lack of funds.
