Sat Nam Rasayan Practice Sessions
with Helena Raghubir

Every 2nd Saturday in 2017   4:00-6:00pm,
Come practice, experience and learn the ancient art of contemplative awareness.
Sat Nam Rasayan is a healing and meditative tradition from the Kundalini Yoga lineage that enhances relaxation and somatic awareness. Class will include gentle movement to help get students more comfortable for the seated portion of class, followed by instructor directed contemplation practice and meditation and concluding with gong relaxation. Learn to become more stable for yourself and others during these challenging times.
Cost: Donation  ($20.00 suggested but nobody turned away due to lack of funds)

Breathwork Meditation
with Helen Buron

Every 4th Friday Evening  7:30-9:30pm (Lower Studio),
Breathwork is an active meditation that uses the breath as a catalyst for releasing, processing, expansion, and transformation. The rhythmic pattern of the pranayama breathing with two inhales and one exhale gives our minds something to focus on so we may sink into our intuitive, feeling and expressive bodies. In this group circle, you will be lying down in a supportive next of other breathers and will be guided into the breath with affirmations and music by Helen Buron-an artist and energy healing practitioner.
Cost: $25 pre-register/$30 at the door. Nobody turned away due to lack of funds.
