This four week yoga series will focus on Kriyas (sets of exercises) and Meditations that relate to the fight/flight response, the negative (protective mind) and differentiating between the fearful voice of the ego and your intuitive voice.  No previous yoga experience necessary, the practices are open and available to everyone.  Bring a mat and a sense of openness and curiosity.
